Dropping jQuery dependency.

As bootstrap 5 removed dependency on jQuery, would you consider removing it from this plugin?
Currently jQuery is a dependency needed for plugin to work - and the plugin will work with Bootstrap 5.x as well as long as you include jQuery. Removing jQuery as a dependency may need a major rehaul and maybe something considered for a future release.
