Gather "isFirstMergedPR" information

In order to track how long it takes to merge the first PR ever made by a contributors, the info should be captured.
Will probably need to find a way to minimize the number of queries done to the GitHub API by not querying unecessarily. Would probably be good to iterate on PRs starting by the oldest (opposite to what is currently done)
