Hi karltayeb，
I have successfully run SplitGPM-ipsc-example.ipynb. And I have a particularly large dataset, about 16111 genes, 2040 RNA-seq. I got this error.
I think it may be that my data volume is too large, causing tensorflow to fail; but I don’t know which parameter to modify to make it run.
: error InvalidArgumentError (see above for traceback): Input matrix is not invertible.
