Create a Kjell Hombrew Formula

As mentioned by @djui in issue #6, there should be a formula for installing Kjell using Homebrew.

Unfortunately, the build for maverick seems to fail due to some build issue with erlang. See Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#23754
