Unable to make connection and post xml message to to the messaging queue

To make a connection, i use the

host name, e.g., [e-mail]
Port ,(1414)
Channel (eg CLNT.IB000.ADMIN )
QueueManager ( eg QA.b2b.IC000)

and Queue name ( to post a message to a specific queue).
