Multiple custom roles

The possibilty to configure directory for julie.roles, that contains multiple yaml files, would enable the possibly to split several custom roles for sake of better overview and management.
that would be something awesome, as always contributions are very much welcome.
I am happy to pick this up as it would be useful for my customer.
Please please, all contributions are really much appreciated and welcome.
