Support the use of AsyncAPI specs as a way to describe Topologies

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a JulieOps user, I would like to use an AsyncAPI spec and used it as a method to describe the topologies used to create the different artefacts here.
The current state, at the time of the 2.3.0, spec for AsyncAPI would not be suited in order to document the same, or even, a similar level of detail as the topology files used by JulieOps. This does not exclude this spec to be included in the future when the binding for Kafka is in a much complete state.
