mov_txt sync with srt

it will be great when its possible to sync bult-in sub like mov_txt with external like srt files.
I have 95% great english subs but with the dutch srt files always out of sync.
When its possible to sync bultin mov_txt (english) with local dutch srt file that will be great :)
