trtokens not displaying all tokens

Perhaps it's because the parse tree interval range doesn't cover the entire token stream, but some tokens before the parse tree begins for BCPL examples are on channel=1, and that doesn't get printed. Perhaps I need to have an option or a different command like trprint vs trtree??
