I guess it got lost in the shuffle off of bintray. Fixed at d6fe6a3
Can you tell why you sitched off bintray? why you chose jfrog? and how much does it cost for you to host them there?
I'm asking as I need to find a place to distribute .rpm/.deb/.apk package, and haven't found a suitable option yet.
Sure. Bintray is shutting down. I use their free, open-source tier. My bottles don't generate enough traffic to put me at risk for seeking a paid tier. The migration path to jfrog (Artifactory, also on free tier) was the easiest, so that's what I went with. Although an internet search will turn up dozens of free/cheap CDN options for all kinds of artifact styles.
I'm very pleased with jfrog's feature set in Artifactory, including their free tier of log analytics that help me better track bottle use.
I was confused with jfrog registration where they asked which cloud provider I am using.
😲 my emoji password doesn't work?!
Now I got hit by an unexpected surprise from jfrog, my account was closed due to 'No activity'
I can not find any 'activity' clause in their pricing selection at all, in none of the choices:
and when I asked their assistant bot for additional help, when I got the first warning email, I was never reached back, and by now the account is closed and data inaccessible.
