Add a "edit this page" link in each doc page

It would be nice for a link to go from the doc page on kabanero.io to the edit page on github for that doc.
For example on the Overview doc there would be a link that says "edit this page" and it would like to https://github.com/kabanero-io/docs/edit/master/ref/general/overview/architecture-overview.adoc
This may be possible to create the github link from the front matter of each doc
