STM32 Blue Pill implementation

I cannot include PS 2 keyboard feature. I keep getting
fatal error: avr/io.h: No such file or directory
Searching the web I have found avr/io.h doesn't work on STM microcontrollers
Is there any way around ?
Has anyone actually tried this keyer on STM32 ? Is it working ?
