Feature Request: Discord integration

A user has requested a Discord integration. As of now, it is already possible by using webhooks. However, we should add a separate function dedicated to Discord webhooks. This is necessary because we should make use of Discord's support for Slack formatting. Entering the Discord webhook URL in the Slack section in the Log Owl client is not an option as this does not only break the URL validation but is also misleading for the user.
Discord support was added.
