Report: tconnect.tandemdiabetes.com now blocks connections from Amazon AWS IPs

Starting today, I've noticed that curl https://tconnect.tandemdiabetes.com:443 returns "503. The service is unavailable" when accessed from Amazon AWS IPs (I'm trying from Frankfurt zone).
Update: Probably there was something temporary like rate-limitter. I've stopped tconnectsync for the night, then in the morning curl https://tconnect.tandemdiabetes.com:443/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f no longer returns 503
