Add option to exclude paths containing links in templates at bottom of page

The old website https://degreesofwikipedia.com/ had this option
I would love to do this, but when I looked at this before (a few years ago to be honest), there was no good way to do this. If someone can give me a tip on how to do this, I'd gladly add an option for it (and possibly even make it the default).
