First of all, I would like to thank you for the immense work you did for 32X, it was a great end of year gift for everyone.
My friends and I were able to have a lot of fun.
Well, I'm here too, to ask if you're interested in adding the Arcade color palette that Master Linkuei made to your project.
I got to look at it and it's the best arcade color palette possible.
I have no other way to contact you, I had a conversation with Master Linkuei and he would like to help !

So, I think Linkuei edited it directly in the ROM, well whatever, if you're interested I can forward the patch/rom to you.

In that case maybe he can just release it as an addendum to this patch on romhacking for now. Then he can look at integrating it into the source of this patch later if still interested?
The palette macros in the code pointer above are for the ingame enemies only. The cast screen and hud/player palette still use the original palettes so these need to be patched differently. But I think no one really cares about the cast screen so maybe we could skip that even in an initial version.
Can Linkuei comment here himself?
