No maps in light mode

Using Edge version v0.56-31-gfb613e3c.
Minor issue when going from dark to light mode no maps appear in light mode just a black screen.
Edge version I know but main version OK

Thanks. Worthwhile to look into this. Can you give me some more hints how to replicate? E.g. does this happen as well for you with the dashboards like https://aiscatcher.org/bergen? What browser and OS?

Any Javascript errors (if you know how to get them)?

Thanks! Jasper

Sorry forgot to add.
Windows OS.
It's works fine on Chrome (windows), Android / Samsung Internet it appears only an issue on Microsoft Edge browser.
No error messages.
I'll look into it further at my end and see if I can find the issue or error message.

Gary.

Just tried in Edge on Windows 11 but I had a recent version Chrome based and did not show the issue.
Perhaps I can test with an older version (if available)?

Just tries AIS Catcher 64 Edge v0.56-52-g4126b4fe with the latest Windows Edge on update 3 computers latest Edge browser version and 2 with older versions still is a problem but works fine on chrome and others for me.
The link on your previous reply works just fine.
Still quite can't see any thing obvious.
I know it is an Edge version but will keep looking through logs to see if there is something I missed.

Thanks for looking into this! In your Javascript console do you see the browser trying to load the tiles for the new map? Perhaps that is failing and gives an indication. I went through the code and did not see anything non-standard.

I am going to install an older version in a virtual environment. I am intrigued :-)

If you have some time, could you also check if the problem occurs for the dasboard on aiscatcher.org (e.g. southwood). I am migrating to openlayers (from leaflet) so perhaps that will help resolve the issue as well.

Thanks for flagging!

Ah, great, mystery solved! I don't know why that did not come to my mind either. Btw in the new version there is again ones slider for dark and light mode for dimming. But thinking about making that two separate again as the dark map needs much less dimming.
