Resolution Issue after closing game.

Okay so i play csgo in 1280x960 so i typically change it before i play so the game doesnt load up in my native res, I also play with vibranceGUI on for csgo however when i get off csgo and try to change my resolution back it changes to native for a few seconds then instantly goes back to my streched res, this only occurs if vibrance gui is open and if i close it the res can be changed completely normally.
Please let me if there is a fix for this, Thanks :)
Edit: Turning on the "Never change resolutions" setting completely stops this bug from happening. No idea why since it wasnt changing my res in the first place only the saturation but thats how i managed to get around this
