When you or on a page such as notifications, and you choose to go to the specific page for that transaction you should be able to ask a question to support directly there:
kalt.co/account/transactions/<transaction id>
Or if you have opened a notification, you can reply directly there with any questions:
kalt.co/account/transactions/<transaction id>
While replies will be available at these pages, it will also be available on another messages tab. (maybe notifications should be messages instead, and the ones from the team are from us)
