When I use "window matches image siez: never", the opened image fit(or with height/width) the app window.
Can you consider adding a default size configuration item so that some very small images will not be blurred?

Was your suggestion that very small images should appear at their actual size? I am not sure I understand how you would like to make the images "not blurred"
I think this was the idea, yes.
To not "blur" respectively enlarge/zoom small images.
I believe if you disable "image resizes past actual size", this will do what you are looking for.
