Look at a few popular projects and what can I learn?
HN has various comments about it, mainly
- Accepting money is not pure any more
- Build your reputation from other channel, don't do it directly.

- One man receiving sponsorship. Likely to get jealousy.
- Idea: Borrowed the idea from Phoenix liveview
https://github.com/dblock contributes to a few open source projects, and it took multiple years' effort to monetize on that.
