Description

Im trying to reconstruct my 3D image in Picasso. The 3D calibration step seems to work, but im confused about what the z axis unit is. Attached below is the image from 'plot pick xyz, 4 panels' from render. For the same values of z the unit is in the upper panel in nm and in the lower in pxl.
If z is in nm, this values dont seem to make a lot of sense for my particle which is around 400 nm, which is what i get in x and y (1 pxl- 110nm ) but not in z.

Is there anyway i can check how the conversion is done?

Thank you!
