GPU fit/MLE fit settings menu mismatch

- Picasso version: picassosr 0.3.6 (installed with pip)
- Python version: 3.8
- Operating System: WIn 10
With the new update of picasso and the switch of the order of LQ and MLE fits in the fit settings section of Localize, it looks like the menu options for MLE (Convergence criterion and max iterations) and for LQ (checkbox for GPU fit) did not also get switched, so the wrong settings show for each fit method.
