Add colored themes

I will probably just rename the existing black and white themes to something like "grayscale", or just call them "Apex". iA Writer actually has color and I didn't realize this from just looking at TJ's theme. I think it's kinda nice to have colors (although I find myself using the grayscale iA Writer theme the most), and I feel some users might appreciate having dashes of color (but not too much)
