Suggestion: Add an option to add the bugzilla key automatically

A little bit like fedpkg asks you with the Pagure API key, it would be kinda cool if fbrnch would automatically ask the user for their bugzilla api key and automatically populate ~/.config/python-bugzilla/bugzillarc with the information.
