Could not initialize the AIRPLAY service

I am having issues running shairplay, it thinks i dont have the key.

What can I do to troubleshoot?

This is related to the https://github.com/foxsen/shairplay which is still not supported by us because of being too busy. :( However, as far as I know the airport.key is not relevant for the AIRPLAY service, so the problems is probably somewhere else.
