Improve validator when submitting a new tor hs

When submitting a new TorHs it's mandatory to add the trailing / at the end.

Without the "/" at the end it gives:
Error: Invalid URL! URL must be exactly like http://something.onion/

So:

• http://something.onion/ is valid
• http://something.onion is NOT valid

I suggest to accept also TorHS without the ending /
