Illumination Software Creator allows you to easily create apps using a drag and drop interface and export it to multiple platforms. It was abandoned by it's original developer Bryan Lunduke (actually it was sold and killed). This is v6 of the software released by Mr. Lunduke himself under the GPLv2. Still a valid license since GPL can't be revoked, so here it is folks :)
