Attribute product price with ordering issue

Hi,
when i give product size attribute and its price is different from orginal, its working fine upto checkout pages but when I confirm order and check in list of orders from dashboard the price of product is original, not with size attribute.
And kindly how do know product is ordered small,medium, large? because there's no any thing to identify.
Kindly help me in this issue
