Four-level subdomains?

Is it possible for the developers to add a subdomain to our already active subdomains? Like for example, about 2 years ago I've requested this domain from the repository:
Is it possible to get the following domain as well?

Yes, it is, but the Cloudflare proxy/SSL will be unavailable, so you'll need to make sure you're providing your own SSL for it.

I've just found this #8818 and it's very helpful. I just have to request an x.gametime domain and open a pull request. Then, I have to additionally check "Enfore HTTPS" on GitHub pages. Seems easy enough.
