Implement the 2.0 parser

I know it's a lot of work, but I'll open this issue to show my hope!

I plan on adding this for next Netbeans update so it will happen sooner than later.

This has landed. I am sure there are issues but 2.0 parser now runs green against all current specs...so this is done!
