Other causes of unsuccessful publishing?

I followed the instructions here: http://plugins.jquery.com/docs/publish/

My first plugin (plusTabs) published without issue, however my other plugin (printThis) has not published to the site.

I reworked the manifest, deleted and re-added the tag, and also renamed the plugin from jquery.printThis to printThis. However, nothing has worked.

Wondering what I'm missing?

You shouldn't delete tags. The plugins site won't reprocess a tag of the same name. If you continue to have problems, please either email [e-mail] or ask for help in #jquery-content on freenode.
