0.4.4 PyPI release.

Noticed the behavior for ordering when moving between collections has been fixed since the 0.4.3 release. A 0.4.4 PyPI release would be much appreciated.
We've currently got a project where we're pinned against master specifically to include that fix, but it always feels nicer to have explicitly versioned requirements.
I just tagged a v0.4.4 release. The problem I'm having now is that since I was slow getting this onto PyPI in the first place, someone else got tired of waiting and created the listing without any input from me. I don't really blame them for routing around me, but now I'm not sure how to go about updating the listing as I'm not the package index owner.

I've raised this ticket, to try and get in touch with the github user 'prometheus',
and sent a message to this organization on bitbucket.
Also I think the PyPI maintainers are friendly folk and will consider contacting the owner and/or updating stuff like this, so we can go that route if needed.
