Fix New User Registration

Around 7pm Nov 14, I attempted to register a new username.
When I filled-in new user registration info (name, email, password, password), it accepted my submission.
When i was logging in, It said "user has not be verified" or something similar.
I checked my email box -- I didn't receive any emails from osclass.
Now i'm trying to login using credentials that I submitted. Still doesn't let me in.

It's because the mail server hasn't been setup pala, see comment here: #20
Oh wait. This is resolved , I believe. I thought we were discussing the "contact publisher" feature.

New user is ok because I turned off validation of user. But email wasn't working so if users lose their password, they wouldn't be able to retrieve it
