Expound/clarify phrase "In Need"

Perhaps change "In Need" to phrase "I am in Need of" or "We Need" to clarify that this list is for applicable to volunteers within the supply chain?
Or is the "we need" button also to be used by relief workers/ coordinators in evacuation centers?
Yes, I think the idea was the "we need" can be used by relief workers and coordinators in evacuation centers.
Updated it to "I need help"
Suggesting also separate category/ categories for the following:
things related to electricity (gen sets, solar lights, etc)
things related to transport (diesel, gasoline, etc)
