Post Closures: Instead of "Delete Post", how can we "Archive" posts?

We want to have a record of all our HelpPH closures (i.e. Help Needed is addressed).

I was about to close one help needed. And the only way I found so far was to click the delete button.

I don't want to delete, I want to Archive or Hide the post (so that it lessens the noise on the billboard).

Here's a clue on how to execute this.
I found this in the admin side: Deactivate / Activate post ...
