Invalid Request

I keep getting {"error":"invalid_request"} when I try to authenticate using https://api.moves-app.com/oauth/v1/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=[KEY]&scope=activity%20location. Can't understand why. Seemed simple enough.
Did Moves stop authorizing for new applications? I know their development stopped a while ago.
Strange. It is working now. Maybe a delay on Moves part.
