Separate commercial from open source extras

… or add a 'commercial' sign to the commercial ones.
I could see this being useful. I also thought about somehow display the total amount of the premium Extras they selected, but the sales person in me thought maybe it would be better to let them install it as a free trial, fall in love with it, and then find out what it costs.
