[Feature] Own collection of extras

Have the option to create an own bunch of installable extras with a JSON/XML posted in an textarea or with a JSON/XML file in the setup folder.
I like this idea. @christianseel mentioned something similar about wanting to be able to customize the installer by placing a JSON file somewhere.
