UE: circulare knob tuning, missing scroll fields

- mostly in synths are up and down drag any knobs from 0 to 100%
- want more scrolling to waveforms or other parameters
- KSL Knob is jumping around/ flicker

I have the same problem with Ksl slider, it even jumps when I touch other settings
