Zero amount invoices no longer allow input of new amount

Description of the Issue
Trying to pay a zero amount invoice now no longer shows an input, which makes it unpayable. It looks like this is because queryroutes now fails with zero amount invoices, and the logic for showing the input is contingent on queryroutes succeeding.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to https://tippin.me/@wbobeirne
- Try to pay an invoice
- See "Amount 0" and "Fee ?"
