Show and explain channel reserve

Description of the Feature or Idea
The current channel breakdown shows the total capacity, and available balances incoming and outgoing. The latter 2 don't add up to the former because of the reserve balance, but we don't explain this in any way. This may cause users to think they've lost this money.
Duplicate of #194, almost identical wording!
