Bug: HTML setting is not backed out on soft disable

With extension soft-disabled, HTML comments are showing up in preview. I'm probably overriding VSCode's usage of core MDIT settings, where they probably have enabled HTML mode but I disable it, and I'm not backing out that change when the extension gets soft-disabled.
