Support collecting resources in:

me-south-1 - Middle East (Bahrain)
af-south-1 - Africa (Cape Town)
ap-east-1 - Asia Pacific (Hong Kong)
eu-south-1 - Europe (Milan)

Requires updating services.yaml and updating the source AWS account to use v2 STS tokens.
