[feature] paste images & image/media management

As a user
- I want to be able to paste images directly
- if the image is too big, I want the app to allow me to easily compress or redimension it.
- I want to see the images I have uploaded so I can reuse the same image in different posts
- I want to see the total cost of my image use somewhere
