The 'Become a Member' link in the 'Join Us' section in the home links to an outdated form.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.josa.ngo/
2. Click on 'Become a Member' under the 'Join Us' section
3. The page link redirects to a form.

Expected behavior
The 'Become a Member' link in the 'Join Us' section in the home page should link to https://josa.community.
