D3 Implementation

This feature will include the following:
- Implementation of D3 library
- Replacing the old chart components with D3
- Removal of vue3charts and vue charts and related packages which depend on them.
Reference design below is the only required outcome to be accepted:
PS: Do not mind the offensive lable since we don't have that from the APi
