Steps Section

This component will contain the following:
- A component on one side mentioning the step the use is one (Static, no animation no highlight)
- A component on the other side describing the step process.
Design Reference:
Please ignore the two buttons where the user chooses either select text or bulk upload since it's not clear what their function is.
Result Shows as normal for now till the D3 is implemented.
