BUG: magic link in the latest release *development* expires before being used

Bug description:
Once the user has received their magic link. It expires right after they click on it before it even opens the dashboard.
Expected Behavior:
Once the user click on the link they should be signed in and redirected to the NUHA dashboard.
Additional resources/ screenshots:
This screen should only show if the link was accessed after the user log out.
