New footer

The site now will show a footer with following data displayed:
- Logo
- Title (English and Arabic)
- JOSA copy rights.
- Hyperlinks. The ones marked as "?" leave the href empty for now:
- Imprint?
- Terms and policies?
- Privacy Policy?
- Github
